Behind the project stands Les Ponts renowned French chef Jean Marc Tachet, who has been a great mentor to Paul Bocuse, one of the world's most important chefs in the last hundred years. Les Ponts, with 184 seats, will be the typical bourgeois Brasserie (think of Escoffier and his classic book, Ma Cuisine) with French dishes, while by the night they prepare Lyon versions of haute cuisine.
